Helen, I know you do understand. I’ve found that pen and paper are my friend. Many times when I can’t express what I’m feeling or thinking I write and just let the ramblings come out however they want to. I’m always amazed when what seems like a tangled mess of thought, and emotions actually makes some sense. I love you dear cousin.
